Troy Migration offers cost effective immigration law advice and assistance.

Fees are generally charged on a fixed fee basis.* We understand that clients want an accurate initial estimate of costs and do not want additional substantial bills during the application process if the matter becomes slightly complicated. That is why you are looking for assistance – to avoid complications, and to assist if it becomes complicated!

Standard costs vary in relation to different matters, which depend on the complexity of the law involved, the circumstances and the time we know is involved in taking instructions, preparing a well presented complete application, and keeping you informed of the process along the way.

We offer an initial assessment for $110.00 inclusive of G.S.T, which can be obtained by appointment or a telephone consultation of up to 30 minutes duration.

In general, the cost for a standard application is in the vicinity of $2,000.00 to $4,000.00 inclusive of GST, but exclusive of other outlays. We are happy to provide a quote on receipt of your details.

*except in limited circumstances where owing to the complex nature of the matter, it is not possible to quote a fixed fee, or where events occur which drastically change the scope of your application.
